Yes, another post from me tonight. I wanted to share this beautiful artwork which adorns the Church where I was this evening. 
It's a huge set of panels behind the altar of this modern Church, totally different from St Chads. The painting is deceptively simple, with dimensional appliqued work as well as what I think were gems or may possibly have been tiny lights that just sparkled here and there. I didn't take the photos but found them on the internet.

A very bold and symbolic piece - I loved the simplicity of the wooden cross formed of three vertical and three horizontal bars as well. Just stunning and I was entranced by the whole piece.
The service was very uplifting, full of humour and rousing music.
